- Working history and experience through your application to us generally, or for a specific position; through interviews with us, through interview and feedback from clients who may interview you.

- Sensitive information, such as information about your health, medical testing, aptitude tests, background checks, and working rights (only when required and with your consent).
Information collected by us will not be sold, rented, or licensed to any other person or company. We make every reasonable effort to protect data sent to us via the Internet, however this method of transmission cannot always be secure, and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us in this manner.
When candidates become our employees or contractors, further information collected as a result of this relationship will also be protected from access by unauthorised individuals or companies.

It is essential for us to collect personal information from candidates in order to consider you for candidacy to a job opportunity. Information provided by a candidate may be used in connection with an actual or potential placement in a contract, casual or permanent position; or in workplace performance assessment, identification of training and development needs, workplace rehabilitation, management of complaints, investigation or insurance claims, or any other appropriate issues requiring personal information.
Essentially, we use your personal information to:

Every candidate and client has the right to have details held on file by us deleted or destroyed.

The Privacy Act sets out a person’s rights to see and have a copy of personal information about themselves that the company holds. If a person wishes to examine, have a copy or correct this information, application is to be made to the Managing Director of the company in the first instance.
You may access, update, or correct your personal information by contacting us directly. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.

By providing your personal information to Pharma People, you fully understand the implications of doing so. You acknowledge that we may not be able to support your recruitment or business support needs if you do not agree to provide the necessary information. You further understand that Pharma People is not liable for any potential consequences arising from your decision to provide or withhold personal information.
